Aluminum Signs & Blanks
We offer a complete line of aluminum signs and sign blanks. Our industry-standard .080-gauge 5052-H38 alloy blanks feature MUTCD-specified radius corners and pre-punched holes, built to exact specification. A full range of flat street name blanks is also available. Larger sign blanks are offered in .100" and .125" gauges. All standard MUTCD sign blanks are in stock and ready to be customized to your needs. Available In - .080", .100", & .125"
Coroplast Signs
Our specially designed Coroplast is engineered with 50% more internal flutes, increasing stiffness and durability. It is versatile for both indoor and outdoor signage, making it ideal for temporary work zone signage.
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Signs
Bone Safety Signs’ BONELIGHT Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) is manufactured from two aluminum sheets, available in .21mm (3 mm) and .15 mm (4 mm) thicknesses, bonded to a solid polyethylene core. This combination provides a flat, rigid surface with exceptional weather resistance, ensuring long-term outdoor performance and durability. ACM offers an excellent lightweight alternative for a wide range of signing applications.
The BONELIGHT finish is ready for vinyl application, screen printing, digital painting, cutting, or routing. Panels are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, with finish options ranging from blanks to standard or custom signs, laminated with reflective or non-reflective sheeting.
